If you can even get into Noir Bar (reservations on key nights are not easy to come by), don’t expect to get a deal on drinks. Bottles sold at Noir Bar can sell for as high as $14,000. Dark hallways and crystal chandeliers give the lounge the classy touch that A-listers are looking for. Noir Bar is high-class all-the-way so if you get a chance to visit, do not pass up the opportunity.
