- Haze Nightclub at Aria Resort on Saturday, October 27, 2012 and Wednesday October 31, 2012
- Gallery Nightclub at Planet Hollywood Resort on Saturday, October 27, 2012 and Wednesday October 31, 2012

Gentleman's Clubs Restrictions: - Passes only valid when arriving by personal vehicle or the venues free limo/shuttle service. Shuttle info on back of each venue card.
- Arrival by taxi or private limo nullifies offer.

Pool/Dayclub Restrictions: - Pools are only open seasonally (aprx April to October)
- Pool dress codes are strictly enforced.
- Must be fully clothed upon entry.

Drink Offer Restrictions: - 2 for 1 drink is for well and selection of draft beers.
- Must be redeemed at time of use.
- Valid for one time use only.

The Vegas V Card Dress Code: - For men: Full-dress button down collared shirt, no polo shirt, no shorts, dress shoes, no ripped jeans.
