Chef Jean-Marie Josselin brings a little taste of something different to the strip with Hawaiian inspired cuisine. The restaurant mixes in elements from Thailand, India, and Japan to create a flavor that is unique and delicious. Appetizers at 808 are just as important as dinner. There are so many to choose from that it would be easy to create an entire meal just out of appetizers. However, if you have a hard time choosing which ones, the chef will do it for you. Try the New Wave Bento which is a bamboo box filled with assorted appetizers.
While the menu focuses primarily on seafood, there are several dinner entrees for land lovers as well. The Lamb Chops that come to the table cooked in a delicate plum sauce are a crowd favorite. The tasting menu is a great value as well. You can choose from a seafood tasting menu or a shellfish tasting menu. They are both delicious and they offer 5 courses for a reasonable price.
