Located on the 56th floor of the Palms, Alize has breathtaking views as well as delicious food. This upscale French restaurant is quiet and romantic, not at all like the busy and upbeat hotel lobby that lies below. From the moment you step out of the elevator, you will feel like you’ve been somehow transported to a much more elegant and romantic hotel.

Alize offers world-class French cuisine and an extensive wine list. There are several tasting menus available with wine pairings as well. A $95 five-course menu is very reasonable considering the amount and quality of food. If you’re willing to pay a little extra, add the $55 wine pairing to your meal. Each item will come to your table with a presentation on what the dish is and how it is made, which is really fascinating by itself before even taking a bite. The sommelier will explain your wine to you as you are offered each tasting and tell you why it was hand selected for the dish you are about to eat. Dinners at Alize are like experiencing a full-production show performed just for you with the lights of Vegas surrounding you as you eat.
