BOA is a favorite not only for the food but for the architecture. Located on the third floor of the forum shops at Caesars Palace, BOA is decorated with large branches that separate dining areas so individual tables can have privacy while they eat. The service at BOA is outstanding and they try very hard to create a quite dining experience considering the amount of people trying to get into BOA on any given night.

BOA is extravagant but the food is worth the price. The restaurant even offers a $1,000 cocktail made up of fine liquors mixed with ¾ of an ounce of Dom Perignon Rose 1996. The drink is served in a Baccarat crystal cocktail glass. The menu is primarily aged steaks, chops, and seafood. Side dishes include a mac and cheese with truffles that is always a favorite. Turf options include a New England Lamb T-Bone, a Free Range Veal Chop, Bone-In Ribeye, Certifided Organic New York Strip. When ordering steaks, diners can chose between a wide variety of rubs and sauces for dipping. There are also several seafood options including oversized prawns. Side dishes are served family style and pretty much everything at BOA is simple and delicious.
