Ever since world famous San Francisco chef, Bradley Ogden, opened one of his signature restaurants inside Caesars Palace it has been a crowd favorite. In fact, Bradley Ogden is the only restaurant in Vegas to have received the James Beard Foundation’s “Best New Restaurant of the Year” award. Many consider it one of the best restaurants in the city for fresh American cuisine. Ogden takes the heart of American cuisine and presents it with a modern interpretation. Ogden prides himself on using the freshest ingredients, mostly from small farms, making his food just as nutritious as it is tasty.

The restaurant offers expertly prepared dishes like a blue cheese soufflé and black cod. Some menu favorites include oak grilled prime beef rib eye, South Dakota bison tenderloin, and pan roasted east coast Halibut. The wine list is also very extensive with many unique wines from California; to pair with your entree. The service at Bradley Ogden is among the top of Las Vegas restaurants. All the food comes expertly presented with all the gourmet presence and flavors you would expect from this high-quality chef.

The tasting menu is a great option at Bradley Ogden. This gives you a chance to try everything so you know exactly what to order on your second or maybe even third trip. The tasting menu allows you to try dishes that are a real treat and not common to many of the more traditional steakhouses you'll find spliced about the Las Vegas Strip. Bradley Ogden is definitely one restaurant you will not soon forget.
