It would seem fitting that the tropically themed Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino might have some of the best seafood in town, but no matter what your expectations, Buzios is sure to exceed them. Buzios is named after a small fishing town in Brazil and the seafood tastes so fresh you will wonder if the food really was caught that day, right outside the restaurant.

The service is exceptional at Buzios and the food is reasonably priced compared to many upscale seafood restaurants located on the strip. Traditional appetizers include Oysters Rockefeller and Clams casino as well as several options from the raw bar. Favorite entrees include the corn-husk roasted Halibut and the Ahi Tuna. Both are prepared fresh as you order them. If you would like to watch the chef in action, take a seat at the oyster bar. Many dishes are plated here and it’s a fun place to have a few oysters and cocktails as an afternoon snack or while waiting for your dinner table.
