You will also find the exciting Camarones Del Cabo appetizer which consists of Shrimp rapped in bacon and then stuffed with Monterey jack cheese, it is then flash fried to a crisp golden brown and served hot to your table with a side of honey mustard sauce for dipping. For the carnivores, one of CABO’s specialty entrees is the Cowboy Steak, a 12 oz. ribeye char-grilled and marinated in chili sauce.
