Carnevino is chef Mario Batali’s newest creation. Italian for “meat wine”, Carnevino is an Italian steakhouse which is co-owned by winemaker Joe Bastianich. The menu will highlight both classic Italian dishes like pasta, pizzas, and fish. But the star of the show will no doubt be the rare and perfectly seasoned cuts of meat. Dishes like Handcut Steak Tartare Piemonte Style, and other house-aged beef steaks will please any steak lover. All cuts of meat are rubbed with sea salt, black pepper, and rosemary for a light Italian touch and a perfectly cooked crust. Fresh seasonal produce, handmade pasta, and other ingredients will go into making their 12 signature sides. All the meat served at Carnevino is hormone free. Fish is flown in daily and all ingredients like cheese, vinegar, and other vital products will be imported straight from Italy. If you enjoyed B&B at the Venetian, you will love this duo’s newest creation.
