One of the most celebrated steakhouse chefs in America is quietly nestled inside the most luxurious non-gaming hotel on the Strip, the Four Seasons. Charlie Palmer’s execution of food is something that’s not to be missed when visiting Las Vegas. A local’s favorite, Charlie Palmer’s restaurant is truly the best of the best. His meats are simply prepared, so he chooses to dress up the side items instead. The meat is dry aged and of the highest quality. Many locals will tell tales of the filet literally melting in their mouth.
Some favorite starters and sides at this boutique dining establishment include: baked truffle potato, duck confit butternut risotto, crispy shallots and warm bacon vinaigrette, and Yukon potato leek soup with prawn timbale. When it comes to entrees this restaurant really caters toward steak lovers. The 16 oz. New York Strip is one of the best you’re likely to taste. The 48 oz. Porterhouse is meant for sharing; while the 6 oz. Filet Mignon paired with lobster will be way too good to let anyone else even have a bite of. Charlie Palmer’s is truly one of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas. The desserts aren’t bad either, his cheesecakes are made fresh each day and his specialty ice creams and sorbets are made by hand.
