Wolfgang Puck is one of the biggest names in food on the Las Vegas Strip. Now he has crossed oceans and taken on the world of Asian cuisine with his Chinese eatery Chinois at Caesars Palace. Wolfgang puts flair into all of his cooking at all of his restaurants and with a little help from some Asian culinary experts; Puck has created a new masterpiece.

The dining room, like most Puck restaurants, has modern décor mixed with natural elements like waterfalls and stone. The menu focuses mainly on Chinese dishes like Pot Stickers but mixes in a few Wolfgang Puck European favorites like Crispy Calamari with Firecracker sauce, an Asian twist on a classic Wolfgang Puck dish that has a lot of kick. For an appetizer try the chicken spring rolls or the lettuce wraps with marinated chicken and a sweet and spicy soy glaze. If you are looking for something a little different try the duck pancakes which are roasted duck inside crepes with mixed vegetables. Also try the barbeque pork ribs for an Asian twist on a southern classic. Soups include wonton and Hong Kong noodle. There are also a few traditional entrees served like sliced Kobe beef with sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus. Chinois served all your favorite Chinese food favorites as well like curry shrimp, sesame chicken, orange beef, and sweet n’ sour pork. Add some lo mein or spicy rice noodles to your meal and you have a full plate of Chinese food that is as traditional as it gets. Many of the entrees on the menu are served family style so everyone can try a little bit of everything. There are also bento boxes that come with appetizers in neat little bamboo boxes so diners can try a little bit of everything. A lunch menu is also available for hungry shoppers visiting the Forum Shops.
