Circo is an excellent spot to enjoy the Bellagio fountains. Glass walls surround the dining room offering some of the best views of the show in the entire hotel. Circo is a Tuscan-style restaurant with a circus theme. This is no kid’s restaurant though; Circo is a romantic and elegant upscale restaurant that offers some of the best Italian flavors on the Las Vegas strip.

When dining at Circo, try the Tuscan soup. It’s made with 30 different types of vegetables and it’s rich and delicious. Another favorite at Circo is the lamb, which is braised in a bath of Cianti. For dessert, taste the Bombolini, a doughnut stuffed with cream sauce. They are delicious. You may also want to request a seat near the table. The views of the Bellagio fountains paired with an excellent bottle of wine will win over almost any date.
