While everyone in Vegas tends to act a little crazier than usual, Dick’s Last Resort is truly the place to let loose when it comes to dining. With some wacky wait staff, live music, and an eat-with-your-fingers attitude, Dick’s Last Resort is in a class all its own. What’s fun about this dining spot is the way they welcome people from all walks of life. Dick’s is a great place to come with kids, alone, or even in large groups since the menu caters to almost anyone. They make everyone feel at home in this no-rules restaurant. The really surprising part about this fun joint is the great food! Dick’s really does have a great selection of filling entrees.
All dishes served at Dick’s have cheeky names. Start your meal off with a drunken shrimp cocktail, mumbo jumbo chicky wings, or macho nachos. Some top choices include Sloppy Ribs, Juicy Honey-Roasted Chicken, Succulent Crab Legs, and Fried Catfish. If you are in the mood for some pasta, try the “pasta la vista baby” which is penne w/ veggies in a jalapeno cream sauce. All of their burgers are a half pound, juicy, and cooked perfectly with that char-grilled taste. If you want to stay on the healthier side, Dick’s offers a whole menu of salad for the health-conscious eaters as well. On the side order a stakehouse o’ rings or bucket o’ fries. No fun laid-back restaurant would be complete without desserts piled higher than your head. Try the mile-high peanut butta pie, dick’s extreme brownie, or the not-yo-mamas cheesecake. Dick’s also has a live band booked most nights and there is always an opportunity to take home some cool Dick’s memorabilia like hats, t-shirts, and coffee mugs.
