The new Palazzo hotel and casino even does Mexican food in an elegant atmosphere. Already being acclaimed as one of the best Mexican restaurants in town, Dos Caminos Las Vegas is the first restaurant in the chain located outside New York. The restaurant offers unique cuisine with an exciting bar and nightlife scene. Menu items include a wide selection queso dips and ceviche to start off with. Ceviche is a seafood dish that is marinated in citrus juices giving it a light sear instead of actually cooking it. Of course, there are plenty of traditional Mexican favorites like tacos, quesadillas, and enchiladas. Steak lovers will want to try the Black Angus Skirt Steak. Another menu favorite is the Chipotle Barbeque Nimam Ranch Ribs.

Although Dos Caminos is a world-class Mexican restaurant, the eatery completely transforms after dark becoming a hot night spot for salsa and every other kind of dancing with The Lounge at Dos Caminos. Signature sangria, margaritas, and tequilas make this place a fun spot for the young and hip. Bottle service and a local DJ are on-hand on weekends. There is even a late night menu available to tame the after-hour munchies.
