Using only fresh meat, chicken, and seafood, Emeril creates one-of-a-kind dishes by pairing unique ingredients that you would never dream could go together. So, don’t forget to go to Emeril’s with an open mind and an open stomach. One of Emeril’s signature dishes is of course one of the favorites at the restaurant as well. His Barbeque Shrimp are so juicy and delicious that you will even have a hard time wanting to swallow them. You also haven’t had a crab cake until you’ve tried his Avocado and Blue Crab cakes. They are served with a mango and papaya salsa that will please even the pickiest seafood eaters.
Unlike some of the upscale steakhouses in town, Emeril provides a large selection of entrée options. Some highlights include Pecan Crusted Texas Redfish, Grilled and Roasted Pork Chop, Steamed grouper, and Louisiana Cedar Plank Campfire Steak which is the only steak selection on the menu. However, it’s so good that it’s the only one you will need. Emeril marinates the dry-aged ribeye in Creole spices and serves it drizzled in Emeril’s own Worcestershire sauce.
