Chef Hubert Keller’s Las Vegas masterpiece is elegantly named Fleur de Lys, which is located at Mandalay Bay. This beautifully executed dining experience is a Las Vegas favorite. However, something this good doesn’t come cheap. Fleur de Lys is one of the most expensive restaurants in town.

Keller presents French cuisine in a way that is modern and palatable for all patrons. The dining room is a work of art. Natural stones and rose covered artwork make it hard to keep your eyes on your plate. Famous entrees include grilled diver scallops and oxtail tortellini. For those looking to try a little of everything tasting menus are available in 3, 4, and 5 course dinners. There is also a Vegetarian tasting menu, something that almost no other restaurant in Vegas offers. Fleur de Lys is a Las Vegas favorite that will please any crowd.
