A twist on the words “Asian” and “fusion”, Fusia delivers what it advertises; good Asian food with an eclectic mix from several different continents. Fusia offers traditional asian favorites with an upscale touch. However, unlike many upscale restaurants Fusia doesn’t overload dishes with unnecessary spices and flavor to make things interesting. Fusia uses fresh ingredients that don’t need heavy sauces or flavorings, they are delicious the way they are and you can actually enjoy the natural taste of the entrée.
A great way to start your meal would be to order the Dim Sum Sampler. A Chinese favorite, this appetizer is big enough for two with shrimp dumplings, pork, and a few other selections. Many of the main dishes are truly authentic. For example, the California rolls are made with real crab instead of using imitation crabmeat that many restaurants use in California rolls. The Special Fried Rice is much more than you’d expect from a typical take-out place. Nothing tastes fried or oily. You may also want to try the Mongolian Style Wok Beek or the Spicy Cashew Chicken. There are also some milder, more Americanized dishes like Beef Skewers or mashed potatoes. Most items are served a la carte so you are able to try a little of everything.
