If there was ever a way to make poolside dining elegant, then Donald Trump has found it. This indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant serves a bathing suit crowd just as well as an actual suit crowd. The restaurant fuses together Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine in non-heavy fishes that are perfect for lunch by the pool or on a business meeting. Entrees include fresh stacked paninis that are grilled to perfection as well as expertly created sushi rolls that mix cooked items with raw fish. H2(Eau) also offers a long list of signature cocktails that can also be served poolside for added luxury and sophistication.
Although the new Trump Towers offer luxurious condo and hotel accommodations; what they do not offer is a casino or a smoking-area anywhere inside the hotel. However, along with world-class accommodations comes world-class dining venues and as you may know, it is unlikely that Donald Trump would put his name on any dining venture that wasn’t completely above and beyond everyone’s expectations.
H2(Eau) is open for breakfast as well, offering interesting takes on several classic dishes American dishes. For lunch, enjoy either some refreshing sushi or several hot entrees including sandwiches and pastas. Menu items are moderately priced without losing any of the gourmet taste that you would expect from a restaurant located at Trump International. Even the décor of the dining area is sophisticated. With large windows and doors open to the pool deck, H2(Eau) uses dramatic accents on a neutral canvas to create an anything-but-beach theme. Dining tables are contemporary while the floor is traditional marble. The bar is set in front of a long mirror which makes liquor bottles stacked behind it seem infinite. There is also a large mirror next to the bar with Donald Trump’s personal motto inscribed in the glass. The mirror reads, “As long as you are going to be thinking anyways, think big.” It is obvious that Trump thought big when it came to executing a casual lunch restaurant. |
