Hank’s is a refreshing change from what you may be used to finding in Las Vegas. Reminiscent of a neighborhood bar and lounge, Hank’s serves upscale cuisine that ranks just as high as many of the more extravagant and highly publicized restaurants in town. The intimate atmosphere seems suprisingly unexpected for such a high-class restaurant that serves items like Chateaubriand which is an extremely rare and tender cut of meat.
Although the steaks are the star at Hank’s, the appetizers, sides, and of course martinis, are just as delicious. For starters try the crispy rock shrimp tempura or carpaccio of beef. If you’re looking for seafood try the rare jumbo Australian lobster tail or the Nantucket Day Boat Scallops. All premium cuts of steak can be served with your choice of sauce including red wine, hollandaise, béarnaise, and many more. As a side dish, try grilled tomatoes with spinach and cheese or even home-style tater tots with truffles (an un-expected combination). As delicious as the food may be, Hank’s is famous for their wide variety of martinis so don’t forget to start off with a perfectly mixed cocktail.
