With so many different taco options in can be hard to choose just one so select a couple and make your own platter. Choose from carne asada, chicken, pork, shrimp, and slaw. Also try a warm enchilada, tamales, and burritos. Choose from chicken or cheese enchiladas, vegetarian enchiladas, seafood enchiladas, pulled pork tamale, burrito grande, and chicken flautas. For something more filling try the Isla Sirloin with huitlacoche mashed potatoes and chimichurri sauce, prawns maya, roast pork pipian, Maine lobster, chicken breast marinated in a spicy sauce, or the pan-roasted adobe salmon. If you’re in the mood for some Sangria, Isla has the best in town. If you just want a light dish taste the soup and salad options like sweet roasted corn soup, mixed greens, and grilled chicken tostada salad. They also offer several different types of margaritas and other delicious cocktails.
