Kristofer’s Steakhouse at the Riviera is a Las Vegas classic. A refreshing change of pace from the ultra-hip dining options that you can find in almost any hotel on the Strip, Kristofer’s is refined and elegant but in no way pretentious or trendy. Just a relaxed dining experience with some traditional steakhouse fare is what you’ll find at Kristofer’s. This steakhouse is a local’s favorite, mostly because of the value. Entrees are served in a four-course menu instead of a la carte like at most steakhouses.
All entrees at Kristofer’s are served with freshly baked bread and whipped butter, house or Caesar salad, or the soup du jour. Entrée choices include broiled chicken, southwestern mahi mahi, broiled Atlantic salmon, BBQ baby back ribs, 14 oz. New York Strip, King Crab Legs, and broiled lobster tails. Sides include cinnamon glazed yams, herbed rice pilaf, sautéed mushroom caps, and shoe string onion rings. Don’t forget to save room for some of Kristofer’s famous desserts like the Banana’s Foster, NY Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie, and much more. |
