All main course meals are served with your choice of a tossed salad or a freshly made Caesar salad and rolls with butter. If those aren’t enough to get your appetite going, maybe start with one of their fabulous appetizers. Their colossal shrimp cocktail and escargots en croute come highly recommend, as well as their rich lobster bisque filled with pieces of fresh lobster. All of their steaks are perfectly aged for flavor and then cooked to your liking. They have a variety of choices, including a 21 oz Porterhouse, Filet Mignon, and NY Steak. Prime rib is also available. The prime rib here is succulent and delicious. The prime rib is slow-roasted and cooked in its natural juices and served with warm pan gravy and whipped cream horseradish sauce. They also have a surplus of fabulous seafood dishes, as well. King crab legs are served with warm melted butter (perfect for dipping) and the Alaskan King Salmon and Walnut Encrusted Seabass are cooked perfectly. If you are looking for a bit of surf and turf, they offer that too. Steak Oscar is a perfect choice for this, being tender tenderloins topped with lump crab meat, asparagus spears, and a rich béarnaise sauce. All entrees come with your choice of one of their many sides, such as twice baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed wild mushrooms, baked yams with cinnamon and brown sugar, and more. And, make sure to pair your meal with one of their great wine selections on their extensive wine menu. |
