Famous Food Network chef, Bobby Flay brings his love for grilling to the Strip with Mesa Grill. He infuses flavors from the southwest with traditional American cooking to create some classic barbeque dishes just like the ones he cooks up on television. Dishes include the New Mexican Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon-Ancho Chile Sauce, which is sweet, savory, and sure to please. Bright colors take control of the dining room, which has a casual feel. Located just off the casino floor, Mesa Grill is also open for brunch. Brunch items include a Crispy Bacon and Hash Brown Quesadilla and a Tequila Smoked Salmon Quesadilla. Bobby Flay knows just how to spice up traditional breakfast entrees. If you’re looking to save money and get a little taste of everything, come during lunch and try the prix fixe lunch menu.
Start off your meal with the roasted pumpkin soup, Sophie’s chopped salad served with crispy tortillas, blue corn pancakes, “rough cut” raw tuna tacos, smoked chicken and black-bean quesadilla, or shrimp and grouper ceviche. Entrées include a spicy crusted swordfish steak, Black Angus New York Strip Steak, Chipotle glazed rib eye, fire roasted veal chop, and grilled lamb porterhouse chops. Mesa Grill also offers a delicious brunch with items like spicy chicken and sweet potato hash, ranch style eggs tostada, sixteen spice chicken salad, wild striped bass, spicy scrambled eggs, mesa burger, and eggs and aged striploin tortilla. |
