Look out Wolfgang, it looks like there’s some new competition in town when it comes to steak at the new Palazzo hotel. Morels French Steakhouse and Bistro is a steakhouse with a lot of flair. They offer both wet and dry-aged steaks as well as the popular Japanese Wagyu beef. The restaurant also offers a unique seafood bar and a cheese and wine bar. Morel offers over 60 wines by-the-glass as well as 30 different types of cheese for sampling. The dining room at Morels is clean and modern with a classic French elegance. The outdoor patio offers great views of the strip. Morels also serves plenty of traditional dishes like the prime bone-in rib eye and the North Pacific halibut. Although the steak is the star at Morels, it’s hard not to get distracted by all the cheese, olive, and raw bar selections and just forget the main course all together. Morels also offers a brunch menu on the weekends. Try a quiche made with imported French cheeses. Paired with a signature cocktail or a rare French vintage, there is no better way to wake up on a Sunday morning. |
