Nero’s is a modern twist on classic seafood and steak dishes. Nero’s is most famous for their impeccable service. The wait staff at Nero’s bends over backwards to please guests. Their steaks are dry aged and cooked perfectly. If you are unsure what you’re in the mood for just ask your server. Chances are he or she will be a wealth of knowledge on the different cuts of meat as well as they many seafood options. Some favorite dishes at Nero’s include the Maryland Crab Cakes. The crab cakes are mostly lump crab meat and are only lightly breaded with a few added ingredients to complement the meat. They are bursting with crabmeat in every bite.
Start your meal with a delicious and creamy lobster bisque which is served with fresh walnut raisin bread. If you are visiting Nero’s on a first date, order the seafood platter on ice. Perfect for sharing the platter includes all your favorite seafood favorites like oysters, shrimp, lobster, and crabmeat presented beautifully and served ice cold. Some other favorites include the ribeye, Chilean Sea Bass, two pound lobster, New York Strip, 22 oz. bone-in ribeye, milk fed veal, Porterhouse, and the Pan Seared Halibut with steamed clams. One of their signature entrees are the Alaskan King Salmon Tournedos. All meat entrees come complete with Nero’s Special Steak Sauce. Sides include creamed spinach and other traditional vegetable options served with an upscale twist. It’s delicious, but don’t bother asking what’s in it. The recipe to this favorite is one of the few things in the city that really does “stay in Vegas.” Don’t forget about dessert, end the meal with a delicious Chocolate Fondue served with fresh figs and pound cake.
