Noodles may have a simple name, but there is nothing simple about this restaurant. Noodles is a contemporary Pan-Asian bistro that serves traditional Japenese, Chinese, and Thai dishes. The décor of the restaurant is located around an open-air kitchen that is just as much a part of your dining experience as the food is. You can also learn the history of noodles themselves as the story is written on the tiles below your feet. There is also a beautiful light board displaying several different shapes and sizes of noodles in glass jars that serve as the centerpiece for the dining area. Natural stone and large Chinese lanterns hang from the ceiling in a feng shui atmosphere that you would expect to find in any China town. The restaurant is contemporary and upbeat and the service is excellent.
Your soup or noodle bowl will come out piping hot! A noodle or rice combination can be created with almost any seafood, poultry, meat, or veggie that you wish. Mix interesting combinations and get adventurous with your selections. Much of the fun is in choosing your own meal, exactly the way that you want it. Also enjoy some stir-fry fresh from the wok paired with Cantonese barbeque dishes for a true taste of several different styles of Asian cooking. For lighter fare, there is also a dim sum menu offered, as well. Noodles, also, offers a wide array of some interesting Hong Kong style barbeque dishes. This restaurant is truly one-of-a-kind. They also offer a wide selection of Japanese beers and other fun drinks. Some favorites are beef stew, duck, Hong Kong noodles, and the chow kuei teow. It’s not even close to an average Asian restaurant and you’re not likely to find anything else like it anywhere on the Strip.
