This old world meets new world Italian restaurant combines hip trendy décor with traditional Tuscan entrees. However, the real star at Nove Italiano is the view. The restaurant (like many in the Fantasy Tower) is located on the 51^st floor offering amazing views of the nearby Las Vegas Strip. The menu is so diverse than anyone can find something they like. Nove offers traditional Italian fare like pasta and pizza as well as fresh grilled meats and seafood. If you’re looking for something a little different you can try the Crudo which is a selection of raw seafood cured in citrus and sea salts. The octopus appetizer is also an adventurous choice for those looking to try something a little different.

Executive chef Geno Bernardo creates signature pasta dishes like the Nove Spaghetti which includes lobster, shrimp, crab, scallops, and calamari; also try the linguine with topneck clams that can be cooked in either a red or white sauce. The dining room at Nove is much more contemporary than you would expect from a traditional Italian restaurant. Animal prints and purple accents sit next to draperies with crystal beads and ornate chandeliers. A one-of-a-kind atmosphere mixed with traditional food makes Nove one of the best Italian restaurants in town, and by far the most interesting.
