If you choose to eat teppan yaki you’re food will be cooked on a hot griddle by a master chef. However, if atmosphere is what you’re looking for; ask for a seat next to the large opening in the wall and take in the sights and sounds of a beautiful river and garden. Don’t worry, though, the wall can be closed during inclement weather. Another interesting part of the architecture is the large chopsticks fixed to the ceiling.
Okada offers several dishes that you are not likely to find anywhere else on the strip. Specialty appetizers include the chilled Japanese oysters and barbeque eel. For an entrée, try the lamb chops or if you’re looking to try a little of everything, try the Robata platter.
