Palace Station Oyster Bar

1/1
Getting hungry during your casino visit at Palace Station? Well, you are in for quite a treat. Right in the middle of all of the action is one of Vegas’ best kept secrets, the Palace Station Oyster Bar. Nestled in to the middle of the casino, the Oyster Bar serves as an oasis for casino-goers. All of the food is prepared right in front of you, giving you an exciting dining option. Known for the obvious, their clams and mussels, this little hot-spot is great for pastas, soups, and MORE, as well.

This little bar takes the best of San Francisco seafood and crosses it with the flavors of New Orleans for a dining experience that will leave you wanting more. Their little neck clams and mussels are steamed to perfection, and dressed to your liking. Served on the half shell, you will not want to eat oysters anywhere else. They have a wide variety of soups, gumbos, steamers, pan roasts, and specialty items, as well. Their New England clam chowder and fresh Caesar salads make for great starters! For the main course, there are many seafood options to choose from. The Cioppino comes highly recommended. It is a seafood stew prepared with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions, prawns, and fine herbs & spices. Delicious! The house signature items are their Signature House Pan Roasts. You have a choice of crab, oyster, shrimp, lobster, or a combo roast. The fresh seafood is sautéed in steam kettles with butter, brandy, cream, tomato, and herbs & spices and then gently served with steamed white rice. The Oyster Bar is a great place to mix and mingle while enjoying great seafood. Why not order different items and share among your friends? Along with the great seafood, there is a premium wine list to try out and a wide selection of Gordon Biersch draft beers.

Who would have thought that great seafood could be freshly prepared right before your eyes in the middle of a casino? Only in Las Vegas!
