The food at Paradise Café is great. However, the atmosphere is what really draws in the crowds to this casual dining restaurant. Sit poolside among the lush tropical gardens at the Mirage Hotel. Large waterfalls crash just feet from your table as birds and other wildlife are all around you. Diners will feel as if they have been transported to a tropical environment. The Mirage has several different pools, Jacuzzis, and gardens and the Paradise Café is located right in the middle of the action. Guests can stop by in bathing suits or dressed for the night. The Paradise Café also offers a full bar with festive tropical drinks like daiquiris and margaritas as well as any other creation that you can think of.

Enjoy a light lunch which will fill you up but not weigh you down. Choose from salads, wraps, sandwiches, appetizers, and entrees. Try an appetizer like the coconut-crusted shrimp, cold gazpacho soup, or assorted sushi rolls. The green tea soba noodle salad and the Vegetarian Fajita wrap make refreshing lunch options. Also try the fresh fish tacos or a juicy Philly cheese steak. Paradise Café is also open for breakfast when the resort’s pool is calming and peaceful. Long before the sun worshipers come out to enjoy the heat, you will hear only the sounds of trickling water as you enjoy your breakfast. The smoked salmon plate and fresh fruit plate are great for a light breakfast. Heartier options include a fresh baked Belgium waffle and French toast. The dining area is completely open and tables are nestled under colorful umbrellas to provide shade from the hot Las Vegas sun. All of the wait staff wear festive Hawaiian shirts and provide friendly service. Drinks can also be served right to your lounge chair if you’re not in the mood to have an actual sit down lunch.
