Looking for a late night option that can satisfy even the pickiest of eaters? Try Pho-Vietnamese. With wonderful authentic Vietnamese food, this restaurant is a perfect choice for those looking for something different along the Strip. The restaurant is named after a signature Vietnamese dish, pho – a rich beef broth with vermicelli noodles, spices, and fresh herbs. As the only Vietnamese restaurant along the Strip, you will not want to miss it. This no-frills eatery can be found in the 24-hour Coffee Shop of Treasure Island. Unfortunately, Pho is not open as late as the coffee shop, but it provides convenient hours that are perfect for those looking to get something after hitting the casino or after seeing one the fabulous Las Vegas shows. With seating for only 30 people, this restaurant provides a warm and intimate atmosphere to enjoy with friends or family…and the food is not too bad either!
Prepared by an authentic Vietnamese chef, you are truly in for a treat. Pho is well-known for their great selections of noodle soups and rice dishes. Start off your meal with light and crisp pork or shrimp spring rolls. You cannot go wrong with these as a starter. Or, try one of their several soup options. The entrees are plentiful and extremely tasty! Their main rice dishes come highly recommended. The main rice dishes are adorned with fabulous choices such as curry chicken, charbroiled pork chops, or sautéed tender beef. End your meal with one of their creamy sorbets, perfect for cooling off before hitting the Strip, again.
Something unique about Pho, is that you never have to miss a beat of casino. You can play KENO directly from your table. Runners will come by your table and take your bets. Who knows, maybe Vietnamese food is good luck for you! This restaurant may be no-frills, but it is definitely worth checking out!
