Postrio is another Wolfgang Puck restaurant, however, this one has a distinct Italian flair to match the Venetian’s St. Mark’s Square at the Grand Canal Shoppes. There are two options for seating at Postrio, diners can eat in an “outdoor” (under a man-made sky) café area or inside in a more romantic formal dinning room. The outside Café and the bar serve more light foods like pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. However, inside traditional Italian dishes are served nightly including pastas, soups, and steak entrées.

The first Postrio opened in San Fransisco, but after the success of so many Wolfgang restaurants in Las Vegas, Postrio opened a sister location in the Venetian. Traditional Italian dishes here include a 3 sausage appetizer that comes with different mustard for dipping. The dish is a house favorite. A dining room favorite includes the rare pairing of fennel and yellow-fin tuna that creates a harmoniously flavored dish. Another light favorite includes the Peking-style duck. Asian and European influences are infused throughout the menu so don’t be afraid to try something non-Italian, all the dishes are perfectly crafted.
