Riva

1/1

Wolfgang Puck may just be the quintessential celebrity chef in Las Vegas. With half a dozen restaurants on the Strip, Riva is Wolfgang’s first restaurant on the Strip with breakfast service and it’s already a big hit. What makes Riva so unique is the exclusivity of the restaurant. Because Riva is located poolside, only guests staying at the Venetian are allowed access. However, you won’t find any typical snack shop food here. The menu at Riva is truly gourmet highlighting many of the dishes that you’ve grown to love and expect from a Wolfgang restaurant. Breakfast items include lemon-blueberry pancakes, smoked-salmon pizza, and pastrami hash cakes benedict.

Lunch options include a variety of the famous pizzas as well as a signature golden tomato gazpacho. Salads include an heirloom tomato salad with fresh mozzarella, basil, and aged balsamic or the Chinese chicken salad with sesame honey-mustard dressing. Entrees are healthy and light unlike most pool food. Enjoy a tuna salad wrap or the signature lobster club salad. However, if you’d really just like a hot dog or hamburger, they have those too.

Possibly the most interesting feature on this menu is the elaborate juice bar. Health junkies will love the wide selection of exotic juice blends like the Blue Sunset which is a mix of pineapple, mango, banana, and blueberries or sample the beneficial Thai Green which is a blend of pineapple, cilantro, lime, and other greens. You can also make your own juice blend and even add vitamin supplements and flavorful syrups like coconut water, cinnamon, and vanilla.
