Sensi

1/3

Sensi is a perfectly blended mix of Italian, Seafood, Grilled, and Asian cuisines. The décor of Sensi is calm and relaxing with waterfalls and chrome accents. The kitchen is located in the center of the restaurant so you can watch food being prepared. This gives the restaurant a lively feel. Since it would be nearly impossible to create fusion dishes including elements from all four types of cuisine, the dishes are actually prepared in completely different kitchens that are specifically equipped with the tools and chefs needed to prepare food authentically. Executive chef Martin Heirling came up with the revolutionary idea for this restaurant and put the idea into place in an elegant atmosphere. Many people may be afraid to try a restaurant that serves several different styles of cuisine, passing it off as a cafe. However, Sensi is an upscale restaurant with class and sophistication that is beyond anything you will find at a café. You can certainly say that this dining experience will be unique. This is also the perfect place to come when traveling with a group since almost everyone likes Italian, Asian, Seafood, or Grilled entrees. Sensi also offers an experience for all the senses with fine wines hand selected to create a list that will ensure everyone can find something they enjoy. The list includes rare selections from Austria and New Zealand that can’t be found anywhere else on the Strip.

Some traditional dishes such as a dry-aged New York strip steak and Salmon entrée will satisfy even the pickiest eaters. If you’re looking for something a little different try the Asian soup that is actually served inside a coconut or the Thai marinated crab and rock shrimp salad. Sensi has so much to offer and their menu is so extensive that there is something for almost anyone. This restaurant is a great place to come with a group as the restaurant covers such a wide variety of tastes and the menus is so large. Sensi also changes their menu frequently so no two visits will be alike. This restaurant is truly a Bellagio treasure.
