Perfect for a casual yet chic dining experience before or after a Las Vegas show, Stratta offers high-quality Italian dishes in a comfortable, relaxing environment. Chef Alessandro Stratta helms his namesake restaurant with a passion for Italian food that is evident in every dish. Complete with an open fire hearth, white tablecloths, red seats, and a lively bar and lounge, Stratta provides a culinary experience in a warm yet sophisticated ambience.
Open nightly for dinner, Stratta serves fine southern Italian cuisine. The menu, though filled with classic and familiar dishes, breaches the realm of gourmet with fresh ingredients and exquisite preparations. Though not inexpensive by any means, the dishes are certainly above the quality of your standard trattoria. Appetizers, soups, and salads are available to whet diners’ palates and go beyond the expected to include surprising but still authentic flavor combinations. For example, the Assorted Bruschetta offers the classic tomato and basil alongside eggplant and wild mushroom and roasted peppers and goat cheese. As Stratta has a wood-fire oven, be sure to try one of the incredible gourmet pizzas, perfect for sharing as an appetizer.
Entrees range from succulent meat dishes to fresh seafood and savory pastas. Try the Bucatini ‘Amatriciana,’ served with pancetta, tomato sauce with Peccorino Romano, and roasted onions. Or, for a lighter dish, try the Linguine in Clam Sauce, Roasted Manilla Clams served with garlic, olive oil, white wine, and parsley. All dishes can be ordered with an additional side of pasta, and everything is made fresh daily (including the pasta).
Since Stratta attends to attract showgoers, dinner rush hits twice, early and late in the evening. Most diners are walk-ins, but reservations are recommended for those who want to avoid having to wait along with the show crowd. A romantic and charming place to dine before an evening out on the town, Stratta offers Italian cuisine at its best.
