This place is called Stripsteak but really that’s just a cute name. Don’t be fooled into thinking that the strip steak is their signature dish. Step it up a notch and order the A5-grade Japanese Kobe. All the beef at Stripsteak is corn-fed all natural meat. Other entrees include line-caught seafood and fresh seasonal vegetables. Much of the meats are cooked on wood burning grills. Seafood and chicken is often cooked using specially designed kitchen equipment that slow poaches the entrée. Appetizers include an inventive Lobster BLT and duck foie gras sliders. Entrees aren’t hard to choose from with a Slow-poached prime rib and all-natural certified Angus steaks.
