Celebrities love Sushi and they are always dining at Sushi Roku in Santa Monica and the Las Vegas version of the restaurant is no different. Sushi Roku is one of the newer restaurants in Las Vegas and it’s becoming a favorite among everyone. Roku is mostly known for its relaxing yet exclusive atmosphere.
Escalators will take patrons upstairs to the restaurant. The dining room is dimly lit with water features and natural elements like stone and rocks. Celebrities love to hide-out in dark corners and private dining rooms at Sushi Roku which serves traditional sushi and sashimi as well as cooked dishes. Cold appetizers include salmon sashimi, an oyster trio, seared albacore and crispy wontons, and tuna sashimi carpaccio. Hot appetizers include a tofu steak w/ sautéed mushrooms, sautéed Chinese green beans, king crab croquette, salmon tempura roll, fried calamari, fried soft shell crab, and lobster tempura. Entrees include a panko crusted salmon, grilled salmon filet, Chilean seabass, and grilled filet mignon. You will also find an entire menu of tempura, noodles, vegetarian dishes, as well as almost any type of sushi you could imagine. Also try a signature sake to accompany your dinner. Try some cold sake, hot sake, or a selection of sake by the glass so you can try a sampling of everything that Sushi Roku has to offer.
The sushi here is considered to be the best in town so it’s no wonder why celebrities love it. Everyone loves it! Another big draw for the restaurant is that this is one of the newer places in town and it’s brought a lot of hype with it so everyone’s eager to find out if Sushi Roku lives up to it’s name.
