Guests of SUSHISAMBA will enjoy signature dishes that have already stirred things up in other locations. Inside SUSHISAMBA, the dining room has been transformed into a modren art gallery with a 16-foot atrium. High-ceilings are needed to make room for a ribbon sculpture that wraps its way around the dining room creating movement in a fun-Carnaval inspired dining area. SUSHISAMBA serves several Brazilian-inspired dishes cooked on a traditional robata grill that is the centerpiece of the dining area. Enclosed in semi-transparent glass, guests can get a glimpse into how the chefs prepare these wonderful dishes.
