Guests of SUSHISAMBA will enjoy signature dishes that have already stirred things up in other locations. Try the East West which is a combination of Kobe beef tataki with truffle oil and tofu crema paired with beef tenderloin Ceviche with Peruvian beans, lime, avocado, and soy sauce all beautifully plated for a delicious international presentation. Inside SUSHISAMBA, the dining room has been transformed into a modren art gallery with a 16-foot atrium. High-ceilings are needed to make room for a ribbon sculpture that wraps its way around the dining room creating movement in a fun-Carnaval inspired dining area. SUSHISAMBA serves several Brazilian-inspired dishes cooked on a traditional robata grill that is the centerpiece of the dining area. Enclosed in semi-transparent glass, guests can get a glimpse into how the chefs prepare these wonderful dishes.
