Noodle dishes are prepared at one of the live cooking stations and ingredients are thrown into a wok and then plated for each individual customer. You can also choose to indulge in the make your own pizza station where you pick ingredients and a pizza chef puts it in the oven while you wait. Fresh pastries are created for all meals. In the mornings enjoy hot muffins, donuts, and pastries. At night enjoy brownies, cookies, and other pastries for dessert. Breakfast includes a variety of egg dishes, potatoes, meats, pancakes, French toast, and even a make your own omelet station where you choose the ingredients for your own omelet. For dinner, enjoy the pasta cooking station with several different options to mix and match pasta with unique sauces. Other cuisines include barbeque, Mexican, grilled entrees, and a large salad station with all the fixings for a perfect starter. On Friday and Saturday night, the Buffet at T.I. steps it up a notch and includes crab legs, shrimp, and lobster ravioli on the menu. Service is friendly and the buffet is an excellent value considering the freshness and quality of the ingredients used. Everything is made form scratch daily. |
