At Country Club the view is as beautiful as the food that will be presented to you. Outdoor seating at Country Club over looks an 18-hole golf course that stretches as far as the eye can see. A picturesque waterfall pours out over treacherous rocks creating a serene atmosphere that is almost impossible to come by in Las Vegas. The restaurant, like its namesake, really is as sophisticated as any that you would find in a members only club. Lucky for us, however, anyone can eat at Country Club. The interior is warm yet formal with high-back leather chairs and a cozy fire place.
Chef Rene Lenger keeps the menu as diverse as possible for a traditional steakhouse. Although all food is prepared with a sophisticated twist, do not be surprised to find simply prepared New York Strip Steak right alongside foie gras or whole boneless quail. For sides you can opt for sophisticated truffle cream spinach or just good old fashioned onion rings. The choice is up to you and everything at Country Club is beautifully plated and expertly prepared. |
