The Grill at Valentino

1/1

Following in the footsteps of Valentino, one of the Venetian’s most famous restaurants, the Grill at Valentino offers similar dishes as the original restaurant served in a casual setting and at a not-so-hefty price. The rich Italian cuisine is turned down a notch to provide lighter lunch fair like soups, salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. They also offer one of the largest wine lists in Vegas. If they don’t have to selection you are looking for, the sommelier will be happy to point in the direction of something you are guaranteed to love even more. Much of the food served here is very traditional Italian and while the focus is on light cuisine, there are also several heavier grilled entrees served to satisfy even the biggest appetites.

Start with one of 40 wines available by the glass. Many wines are even available by the half glass if you’d just like to sample a few that looked interesting. Try the calamari skewers as an appetizer or the fried smoked mozzarella with spicy tomato sauce. Pastas are a favorite here. Options include lasagna alla Bolognese, linguini with clams, and potato gnocchi with meat sauce. Fresh from the grill you will find marinated veal t-bone, 9 oz. NY Strip, lamb chops, and pork chops marinated in apple cider with brandy apple sauce. Also try classic dishes like veal ossobuco and veal piccata. The Grill at Valantino is the perfect place to enjoy a casual yet delicious authentic Italian meal.
