Often considered one of the best in town the Spice Market Buffet is larger than almost any in Las Vegas. The buffet has changed slightly since the Planet Hollywood took over the old Aladdin, but the quality of food here has only improved. For breakfast you will want to enjoy a delicious coffee creation that will be served by your server. For a healthier option, start out with a delicious fruit smoothie. The buffet is set up in stations that represent different styles of cuisine. In the morning you will even find a few Mexican Entrees like huevos rancheros or breakfast burritos. Throughout the day each course is customized according to its country. There are several live cooking stations set up for breakfast and for lunch. Stop by the Mexican station and you will be able to make your own tacos. You can also make your own hamburgers with made-to-order patties cooked the way you like them. For dinner, guests will find delicacies like larger than life King Crab Legs and fresh shrimp cocktail. During dinner you will also find egg rolls, fried rice, and even sushi in the Asian foods section. In the Italian area you will find pizzas, pastas, and some grilled entrees. In the Middle Eastern area there are kabobs, hummus, and even lamb.
There is also a Baja section that serves fresh seafood and other American dishes like crab stuffed sole, salmon, rock shrimp, oysters and stuffed scallops. For dessert, there are hot and fresh crème brulee cups, tarts, pies, cakes, cookies, and bread pudding. There is even a live cooking station for dessert where a chef will make you a hot bananas foster or a made-to-order crepe. This buffet has one of the largest selections and the freshest food in town. Even buffet skeptics can easily find something they like at the Spice Market. |
