Although a bit more expensive than most buffets in town, the quality is unrivaled. Menu items include jumbo shrimp, king crab legs, sushi, sashimi, Kobe beef, lamb, and many other upscale menu items that are hardly typical at a buffet. There are several live cooking and carving stations so you can still have your meet cooked the way you like it. Seafood items include Salmon dishes, pasta, sea bass, and much more. The dessert station is one of the best in town offering Crème Brulee, Key Lime Pie, Cheesecake, Cannolis, and much more.
The salad bar is also huge and there is almost no way to try everything that this buffet has to offer so you may want to come back a few times to really enjoy the entire experience. The Buffet at the Bellagio really tries to infuse flavors from all over the world with cuisines such as Italian, American, Asian, and even a few Mexican entrees. Pay the extra money, because this buffet is definitely worth it.
