For dinner, get ready to enjoy some upscale dishes like crab legs, steak, prime rib, fried entrees, and even several kid-friendly items like chicken fingers, hot dogs, hamburgers, spaghetti, and more. Seafood items include Salmon dishes, pasta, sea bass, and much more. The dessert station is one of the best in town offering Crème Brulee, Key Lime Pie, Cheesecake, Cannolis, and much more.
The salad bar is also huge and there is almost no way to try everything that this buffet has to offer so you may want to come back a few times to really enjoy the entire experience. Also make sure to take a walk around the large buffet line before making selections to avoid filling your plate with things you don’t really like and leaving no room for the really good stuff! The Buffet at the Bellagio really tries to infuse flavors from all over the world with cuisines such as Italian, American, Asian, and even a few Mexican entrees. Pay the extra money, because this buffet is definitely worth it.
