Wing Lei serves upscale Chinese food in a setting that is nothing less than what you would expect from the 5-star, 5-diamond Wynn Las Vegas. The truly unique dining space inside Wing Lei must be seen to be believed. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows reveal a larger than life Botero statue that seems to watch over diners as it sits among 100 year old pomegranate trees. Bottles behind the bar sit in large teardrop cut-outs that looked as if they were dipped in gold. Beautifully plated dishes and gourmet entrees give the food a distinctly French flare. Wing Lei focuses mainly on tasting dishes. There are several different options that change seasonally and most are service for two.

The Peking Duck tasting menu will start out with roasted duck that is hung until all the fat drips off and then carved at the table right in front of you. Another excellent choice is Chef Richard’s Signature dinner which starts out with a tuna sashimi that is mixed with pickled jellyfish, daikon, and snow peas. Everything served at Wing Lei is much more than you would ever expect from a Chinese restaurant. Savory Asian sauce served with the sophistication of gourmet French food is a combination you won’t soon forget.
