There is a long running argument in Las Vegas about which buffet is the best in town and the Wynn is always one of the top contenders. I mean, it would only make sense that one of the highest rated hotels on the Strip would have one of the highest rated buffets. Although it isn’t cheap, the value is incredible. Breakfast includes more than just your traditional entrees like eggs and bacon. Expect to find several varieties of eggs benedict, fresh fruit salads, omelet stations, a make your own crepe station and even some unusual breakfast items like spring rolls and breakfast-style burritos.
For lunch you will find a wide array of sandwich and wrap options as well as a salad bar, soups, a turkey carving station, sushi, a wide variety of ceviche, and fresh fruit salads. When it comes to dinner, the Wynn really steps up to the plate with 16 live cooking stations including pasta stations, Asian food stations, king crab legs, prime rib, flank steak, rack of lamb, beef tenderloin, shrimp cocktail, and many other items that would cost much more if ordered separately at almost any steakhouse in town. Also, don’t forget about the dessert stations. Crème Brulee is the signature item at the Wynn. Other favorites include the bananas foster and the oversized candy apples.
