al Dente at Bally’s is much more than you’d expect for the price. Enjoy traditional Sicilian dishes and pastas in an upscale dining environment. Service is impeccable and the food is really authentic and delicious. The restaurant offers delicious entrees like lobster Parmesan Crusted Chicken and the Beef Tenderloin Filet. For some seafood options you can try the Atlantic salmon, Halibut, or Seared Diver Scallops. al Dente also offers a wide selection of desserts and coffees. For dessert taste the molten Chocolate-Pistachio Cake with Vanilla Bean Gelato.

The best value in the restaurant, however, is the 5-course tasting menu with an optional wine pairing. al Dente doesn’t skimp on portion size. Like any good Italian restaurant, portions are huge. The atmosphere in al Dente is lively yet more romantic than some more expensive Italian eateries. This restaurant is the perfect choice for a casual yet delicious meal.
