| Known for 1970 hit songs like “Magic Man,” “Barracuda,” “Straight On,” and “Even it Up”, Heart is one of the greatest artists of hard rock in our time. From the original members to the Wilson sisters, Heart has captured audiences from all over with their folklore and hard rock songs that are still famous today. And now you can see them live for a one night only showing at the Las Vegas Hilton on November 13! Formed by Steve Fossen in 1967, Heart has gone through several different members as well as name changes since its 43 year existence. Today, the only remaining members consist of sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson. Both sisters joined Heart in the 1970’s, Ann beginning her journey with Heart in 1971 with Nancy joining in 1974 after quitting college. Since then the two sisters have launched the band into over four decades off national and international rock success and have influenced other women in hard rock and heavy metal genres including Pat Benetar and Lita Ford. It was with Ann and Nancy’s creative spark that gave Heart its initial success in the 70’s. But their success didn’t stop with the disco. In fact, Heart went on to rock both the 80’s and 90’s with their power ballads and hard rock roots with such chart topping hits as “These Dreams,” “Alone,” “What About Love,” “If Looks Could Kill,” and “Never.” To date Heart has sold over 35 million albums worldwide and was ranked number 57 on vH1’s “100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock”. After a six-year hiatus, Heart is returning with a new studio recording on August 31, 2010 entitled Red Velvet Car.
