Since March 2001, Menopause the Musical has brought hilarity, inspiration and distraction to women all over the world experiencing the change. This hilarious musical salutes women with parodies from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s such as “Puff, My God I’m Draggin” and the disco favorite, “Stayin’ Awake, Stayin’ Awake.”

Menopause the Musical has entertained women across the country in over 250 U.S. cities as well as internationally in Australia, Canada, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea and the United Kingdom. Women of all ages rejoice as this musical opens healthy conversations about issues of aging and women’s health while providing the opportunity to raise awareness with female audiences. It has been estimated that nearly 11 million women in 14 countries have attended a performance of Menopause the Musical, since its opening in Orlando, Florida in 2001.

Recognizing its potential to engage and educate women on health issues, the writers of Menopause the Musical took their masterpiece on tour as Menopause the Musical Out Loud Breaking the Silence of Ovarian Cancer. The 2005-2006 tour raised nearly $50,000 for ovarian cancer research and awareness. The 2008-2009 tour visited more than 50 cities with proceeds slated for local and regional ovarian cancer chapters across the U.S.
