Penn & Teller are now a Las Vegas staple. They have their own theater at the Rio and they are one of the biggest tickets in town. They have been performing together for over 30 years. If you haven’t had the pleasure of seeing them in one of their live shows, you may have seen them on television in one of their many specials. For those of you not familiar, Penn is the bigger and much louder one who pretty much does all the talking. Teller is his small and silent, yet equally funny, partner. Their rapport with each other shines on stage; the audience can tell it is a performance relationship that takes years of dedication and practice.

What also makes the show interesting to watch is that way that Penn rambles on and on and Teller just seems to stand in the background and do all of the leg work. Just because Teller is silent, he is in no way to be considered a sidekick. Teller is a major part of the show and his comedic timing is spot on. Without him, there would be no show. Penn & Teller are always out to prove a point with their magic. They usually try to show the audience not to trust everything you see. Penn & Teller are pretty cynical when it comes to social topics. This comedy duo is truly a class act and this show is a must see when visiting Las Vegas!
